Make-a-Wish Foundation ensures that every child, in the company of their family, still has the chance to experience the most magical moments. A child’s life should not be about illness, hospitals and diagnosis – it should be about wonder, joy and hope. The foundation grants wishes to medically eligible children living in Switzerland and beyond- including children who come to the country temporarily based on humanitarian grounds for life-saving operations and treatments. Wishes has been granted to children from Bulgaria, Ukraine, and conflict-ridden states such as Sudan, Eritrea, Iraq and Pakistan.
This year, TFWA Care is proud to partner with Make-a-Wish Foundation of Switzerland to create events and lift the spirits of children suffering from serious medical condition. By providing unique and treasured moments, we will contribute to the Foundation and enable them to host a series of events throughout the year. From parties with their comic hero to day trips to the beach, together with their families, the Foundation will create memorable events that they can treasure for the rest of their lives.
When one is in dire need of medical treatment or suffering from a terminally ill disease, your dreams become even more important than ever. Together with their families, we can give a child the chance to forget their illness at least for a day.
